We will be happy to confirm availability and take a provisional booking by telephone or e-mail and will confirm as
soon as we receive your deposit.
Payment
A deposit of one third of the total rent is payable on booking with the balance payable four weeks before the
date of arrival. Cheques should be made payable to D and M Rogers. If you
wish to make an internet payment then just ask us for our account details. Unfortunately
we are unable to accept credit cards ourselves. If you wish to pay by credit card then Stilwells offer this facility
and you should book via their system.
Conditions
The cottage is available on a holiday tenancy
from 3.00 p.m. on the Saturday of your arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the
Saturday of your departure unless otherwise arranged. Shortbreaks can be arranged in The Old Dairy to suit your requirements dependent upon availability. This
is most likely to be possible at short notice in the low season. The rental includes all electricity, gas and central heating. We
hope that you will use the cottages in a tenantlike manner and leave them clean and tidy at the end of your holiday.
All breakages and damage should be notified to us on leaving and a charge may be made for expensive items.
Dogs are welcome but we would appreciate your not allowing
them to go in the bedroom. The farm is on a very minor road and we have a long driveway so it is very
safe. You can just let them out of the front door.
